Number of panels: 6 (maximum 250A)
Objective:
Modernization of the electrical infrastructure of the “Cantacuzino” National Institute for Medical-Military Research-Development, located on Splaiul Independenții no. 103, Sector 5, Bucharest. This project aimed to ensure a reliable and efficient power supply for the institute’s buildings, necessary for the research and development activities carried out within the institution.
Key features:
- Modern electrical switchboards: We supplied and installed 6 250A electrical switchboards, specially designed to meet the requirements of the institution, with a focus on safety and energy efficiency.
- Automatic Transfer Switch (AAR): Each switchboard is equipped with AAR (Automatic Modular Transfer Switch), which allows automatic switching to a backup power source in case of unplanned outages. The system includes electrical and mechanical interlocks, ensuring a maximum level of safety to prevent any operational risks.
- Capacitor bank: One of the supplied panels includes a capacitor bank for power factor correction, thus helping to reduce energy losses and improve the energy efficiency of the entire electrical system.
Components used: Schrack
The switchboards are equipped with high-quality components that ensure safe operation and meet the strict performance requirements of a nationally important research institute.
