The modernization project was carried out as part of the conversion of City Mall into a modern office space of 27,155 sqm, called City Offices.
The main objective was the complete renovation and re-compartmentalization of the building, and part of this modernization included the integration of a centralized management system for electrical installations, of the Building Management System (BMS) type.
BMS System Integration: The electrical panels produced by our company have been designed for integration into the centralized building management system (Building Management System – BMS). This system ensures real-time monitoring and continuous optimization of energy consumption, helping to reduce operational costs and increase energy efficiency.
Our company manufactured two electrical panels, both made according to the project specifications:
- 250A TPLS panel designed for medium power loads with high quality components that ensure safe and efficient operation.
- 1250A modular TGS switchboard equipped with AAR (Automatic Transfer Switch) system for automatic power transfer and mechanical interlock system, guaranteeing safety and reliability of operation.
The panels were designed so that they can be integrated into the BMS system of the building, thus ensuring continuous monitoring and optimization of energy consumption. The project was made entirely with Schneider Electric components, thus ensuring a high level of compatibility, durability and technical support.
